| MANUFATURING STEPS |
According to your vehicle's need, the manufacturing and installation of the catalytic converter theft-prevention device has 3 phases:
- The Measuring and tracing
- The Machining
- The Finishing

THE MEASUREMENT AND TRACING:
Take all the necessary measurements of the vehicle’s body and make a layout for the manufacturing of a protective plate or a mesh according to the vehicle’s needs. It is important to maintain an easy access for the technician in the event of a diagnosis or replacement of a defective part on the exhaust system or the catalytic converter.

THE MACHINING:
Send the layout and collected measurements to make the machining drawing. This drawing will then be sent to the factory where the protective plate or the mesh will be build according to the vehicle’s need.

THE FINISGHING:
The installation is done by keeping in mind all the technical and mechanical aspects of the vehicle, i.e. using as much as possible the original fixings of the vehicle's body. This will allow eliminating any vibrations that may be caused by the exhaust system or by the catalytic converter.
