TYPE (A) MAINTENANCE MENU
LUBE, OIL & FILTER
Drain engine oil and replace filter with premium manufacturer approved part (maximum 5 litres of conventional oil).
- Lubricate: chassis, suspension and steering components (where required).
- Rest for next service light or label fixed.
COURTESY CHECK
Accessoires: Inspect external lighting (lights and headlights), mirrors, internal lighting dashboard instruments, reception and ceiling bulbs, wipers switch and horn
Components: Inspect air filter element, cabin air filter, belts and tension, radiator and hoses, power steering, battery (cables and terminals), wiper blades.
Fluid level and condition: Check radiator coolant (anti-freeze), transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, battery electrode and top-up windshield-washer fluid if needed.
Leak detection: Check fuel, oil, coolant and others leaks.
TIRE INSPECTION
Check and correct tire pressure. Inspect tires and wheels for damage and wear. Measure treads depth.
Recommended at least
3 to 4 times every year or all the multiples of 5 000 km*

TYPE (B) MAINTENANCE MENU

THROTTLE SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect the throttle system for interference or binding, and for damaged or missing parts.
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect the hoses and have them replaced if they are cracked, swollen or deteriorated. Inspect all pipes, fittings and clamps.
Check coolant strength with refractometer. To help ensure proper operation, a pressure test of the cooling system and pressure cap is recommended at least once a year.
STEERING AND SUSPENSION SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect the front and rear suspension and steering system for damaged, loose or missing parts, signs of wear or lack of lubrication.
Inspect the power steering lines and hoses for proper hook-up, binding, leaks, cracks, chafing, etc. Clean and then inspect the drive axle boot seals for damage, tears or leakage.
EXHAUST SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect complete system for damage. Inspect exhaust manifolds, catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, muffler, protector (screens-heat), pipes and attaching parts.
BRAKE SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect the complete system. Inspect brake lines and hoses for proper hook-up, binding, leaks, cracks, chafing, etc. Inspect disc brake pads for wear and rotors for surface condition. Inspect other brake parts, including calipers, parking brake, etc.
Please Note: More frequent brake inspections may be required if the vehicle is driven in conditions that result in frequent braking.
TIRES ROTATION
Check and correct tire pressure. Rotate tires to equalize the wear and obtain maximum life.
DRIVE TEST VEHICLE
Drive test vehicle to evaluate any detectible problems in the engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and brakes under various driving conditions.
Recommended at least
2 times every year or all the multiples of 10 000 km.*

ELECTRONIC CHECK
Computerized diagnosis of your vehicle’s battery, starter and alternator. Clean battery cables and terminals, apply protective coating (if needed).
FUEL SYSTEM INSPECTION
Inspect fuel filter, fuel lines and connections, tank vapors recycling system hoses, fuel tank straps and fuel tank cap seal.
CLIMATE CONTROL
Check console operation hot/cold air, the heat flows by blower motor and the refrigerant level of air conditioning on indicator.
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM TREATMENT
Coolant (anti-freeze) analyze and treatment, measure and balance the pH in order to determine the level of protection against corrosion, freezing to maintain the cooling system in its optimal performance.
BRAKES MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of your vehicle's brakes promotes safety, increases brakes component life, and helps avoid costly repairs.
Take off the wheels, check brakes front pads/rear shoes thickness, inspect brakes discs and drums, examine calipers and wheels cylinders, parking brake cables, brake lines and hoses for all faulty operation damage or leaks, adjust rear brakes if needed.
Please Note: More frequent brake maintenances may be required if the vehicle is driven in conditions that result in frequent braking.

ANTI-POLLUTION CONTROL
Engine computer analyze, reading memory for any failure codes, erase engine stored diagnostic trouble codes, inspect emission control, check EGR valve.
ENGINE TUNE-UP
Check idling speed, ignition coil, spark plugs and ignition cables, distributor cap and rotor (if applicable).
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Drain and replace engine Cooling System Coolant, Transmission, Differentials/Transfer Case, Power Steering and Brakes Fluids.
TIMING BELT INSPECTION
Timing belt is a critical component of your vehicle engine. A visual inspection of your timing belt is always a good idea.
Checking your timing belt for cracks or the indication of oil leak can damage the timing belt and in the extreme cases, damage the engine.
DRIVE TEST VEHICLE
Drive test vehicle to evaluate any detectible problems in the engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and brakes under various driving conditions.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE |

If you often use your vehicle under one or more of the following conditions, want to refer to the additional maintenance requirements below:
- Short ways less than 5 km. or less than 8 km when the temperature is below 0C.
- Towing or cross-country driving.
- Driving on dusty or muddy roads.
ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Replace the fluid of manual transmission, the differential and transfer case every 24 months or 24 000km.
- Replace the fluid of rear differential every 8 000km. (for trailer applications only).
ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
- If you use a driving four-wheeled vehicle, and led in deep sand, mud or water, you must immediately make carry out the additional maintenance services mentioned above.
It is also necessary to replace engine oil and filter as well as fluid of transmission, the differential and transfer case, in more adding grease to the wheels bearings and lubricating the suspension components.
